Liberating the Self: An Exploration of Human Possibility

As a result of trauma and living within a materialistic culture, we go through life confused about who we are. We yearn for deliverance from the emotional, psychological and spiritual limitations we identify with and suffer from in body and mind. A compassionate recognition of where, how and why we are not free is the first step on the path towards liberation.
